What food enables you to feel comforted and satisfied? Is it
cookies? Ice cubes Cream? Mashed potatoes? Or perhaps maybe just Macaroni and
Cheese. How about all the above? Yum!
You can have a few comfort food that tastes just as rich and
delicious, and is mere as satisfying as the traditional version or maybe more,
but in its most healthy, even healing, form. Just how is the fact possible?
Simply substitute things that will create a similar look and texture, but with
even more flavor. To get an example, if your selected comfort food recipe
starts with butter, use ghee, or clarified butter. You can find it in the
international section of practically every health food store, or on-line. If you
aren't very industrious, you can create your own.
In place of sugar, use whole leave stevia extract (health
store or on-line), which can actually ensure that the pancreas, from what I
actually hear. How to get it to taste more like sugar? Add fruits to the
recipe. Intended for instance, baking a wedding cake with unsweetened apple
marinade plus stevia.
Need to replace a harmful thickener? Make use of the same amount of Kuzu Root or Arrowroot powder. Kuzu root is said to be great for the stomach.
Use mineral-rich salts such as red Himalayan Sea Salt or red
Hawaiian salt. Scrumptious flavors!
Replace cow's dairy products with goat dairy, or for vegans,
use coconut milk for fairly sweet recipes, and cashew cream for savory (soak
cashews in water till they absorb everything and combination in the blender).
Pasta-lovers try this for a change -julienned zucchini,
which actually has somewhat of flavor, as opposed to tinware, which tastes
completely dull by itself. See formula below for ideas.
Of course, you should check with your doctor if you have any
health concerns whatsoever.
