In addition to this, you should eat more of nuts and seed products, fish like salmon, haddock and trout where the wild caught fishes are an improved choice, fruits like apples, pears, strawberries, good and oranges, high-fat milk like cheese, heavy cream, yogurt and butter and fats and oils like coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, cod fish liver oil, butter and lard.
Though you are permitted to eat these foods, if you are on a diet to manage your weight, you need to be careful about eating mozzarella cheese and nuts as you may easily overeat them. Avoid eat more than a piece of fruit every day.
If you may attempting to lose weight
You can, however, manage to enjoy somewhat more carb supply if you are an active and healthy person who needn't lose weight. You can eat tubers like sweet potatoes and potatoes, legumes like pinto beans, lentils and dark-colored beans and non-gluten grain like quinoa, oats, and rice. You can also eat dark chocolates with 70% cocoa or more and dry wines without added sugar or carbohydrates in moderation, if you want.
Though permissible, both dark chocolate and liquor will hinder your improvement if too much is consumed. You can, however, drink coffee, tea, drinking water and carbonated soda without the artificial sweeteners when on a low-carb diet regime.
